Serving traditional Chinese cuisine since 1989, Cathay Kitchen is the oldest restaurant on Mall Road. Determined to share authentic Chinese cuisine, Raymond introduce Chinese noodles and dim sum to the area in the 90s. Nineteen years have passed and his passion for food never fades; he set up Raymond’s Hong Kong Café in Richwood in 2001 serving fusion Chinese dining as what Hong Kong is famous of, and continues to serve economy, traditional Chinese cuisine in the warm, family-style Cathay Kitchen.
